Check a box to grant a user access to an agent or hub-admins; uncheck to revoke. Changes apply immediately — there's no separate save step. You can't change your own admin status, disable, or delete your own account from this page.
Disable prevents sign-in but keeps the account (reversible). Delete permanently removes the Cognito account — the user would have to sign up again from scratch.
